Do you want to walk or run a 5k? We can help you Go the Distance! Along the way, you’ll meet friends, get fit and ultimately complete a 5k!

We’ll meet once a week for 10 weeks. You’ll also be encouraged to get together an additional one or more times each week to workout with your Go the Distance Genesis Training Group. Consistency and accountability will help you achieve your individual goals!
